Virtual Phone Numbers (DIDs) require registration

The use of telephone numbers requires a sense of responsibility. Telephone numbers, if used incorrectly, can become a very dangerous weapon and a means of organizing nasty and hateful scams. For this reason, according to our Terms of service, it is strictly forbidden to buy telephone numbers using false identities: our customers must be real and identified persons. So, the first time you place an order in our website you will be asked to upload a copy of your personal identification document and a photo ("selfie"), in which you keep the document in your hands. You can skip this step, but we reserve the right to request the document at a later time and to stop the service if it is refused.

Also, while many countries have an unlimited policy for virtual phone number assignment, some require documentation. When you buy a number from an unrestricted country, the document review will be almost immediate; for other countries, orders are forwarded to an authority who will review and approve the order, so it may take a few hours, but never more than a day.

Notice that some countries require that the buyer of the number is residing in the same country and/or in the same city as the number itself.

So please check if you are authorized to buy a number before creating an order!

If you purchase a number for which you do not meet the necessary requirements, or you are not able to provide the necessary documents, the payment transaction fees will be withheld as the payment is refunded.

Important note: When asked to submit a copy of the document, you must also submit a photo ("selfie") of yourself holding the document. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is necessary to protect your safety and that of other users, preventing identity theft.

Required Document List:

* a - Company (worldwide) registration certificate along with passport or ID copy and proof of address form (no older than of 3 months) should be provided.

* b - A local passport or ID copy should be provided.

* c - If number registration is performed under a company name, a local company registration certificate should be provided.

* d - A detailed description of DID usage should be provided.

* e - Passport or ID copy: South African national identity document; South African biometric national identity card; passport (issued by any country).

* f - The following numbers cannot be registered under personal details: Albania, China Local, China Shared Cost, Japan Toll-free, Estonia National, Latvia Local, Peru Local, Peru Toll-free, Slovenia Local, Switzerland Toll-free, Turkey.

* g - If number registration is performed under a company name, company registration certificate along with a passport or ID copy should be provided.

* h - Letter of intention (LOI) should be provided for United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay Toll-free, Estonia National and China registrations.

* i - If number registration is performed using personal details, end user's birth date and birthplace should be provided.

* j - If number registration is performed under personal details the national tax code should be provided; If number registration is performed under company name, VAT number and signatory tax code should be provided.

* k - The following documents are also required if the registration is performed under Turkish company details: Turkish company operating certificate copy, Company tax registration certificate copy, Company trade registry document copy, A copy of proof of residence (İkametgah).

* l - The address in the proof must match the address in the certificate of ID.

* m - If number registration is performed using personal details, end user's passport or ID number should be provided. If number registration is performed under a company name, business registration number should be provided.

* n - A photo of the authorized representative holding their passport/ID.
